Welcome to DALMOR holiday home!
We wish you good weather and a pleasant vacation, unforgettable moments of enjoying the sea, sun, Dalmatia, and Rovanjska.
House DALMOR is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and relaxation. The house is intended for 6 adults for complete enjoyment and comfort. It has a spacious yard with a pool, shower, sun deck, barbecue area, green oasis, and parking space. We believe it will meet all your expectations.
The climate and location of central Dalmatia will make your stay even more pleasant.
The house is located in a beautiful naturally untouched bay of the sub-Velebit channel.
While it is bathed in the morning rays of the sun that cross the sea during the day, the unforgettable sunset into the sea in the evening is especially magical. The nights are cooled by the Velebit mountain and the Paklenica national park with fresh, pleasant, and extremely clean air.
This exceptional location combines continental and sea climate, surrounding it on one side with clear sea and on the other with forest and mountains.
Enjoy the clear and clean sea, swimming on landscaped concrete and pebble beaches with pine shade, swimming on wild beaches, jumping off rocks, hiking, nature walks, and bike trails. Complete your vacation with excursions and visits to nearby cultural sights, national parks, and adrenaline attractions.
At your request, DALMOR can offer half-day and full-day private speedboat trips (up to 5 guests), swimming on wild beaches, visiting nearby places with included lunch in a restaurant, touring the old and new Maslenica Bridge, an unforgettable sailing experience at the nature park and river Zrmanja following the path of Winnetou through the town of Obrovac to the waterfalls, boat fishing, and a small fishing school.

Rent the whole house up to a maximum of 6 people. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in-out on Saturdays, minimum stay 7 days.
INCLUDED IN PRICE: tourist taxes, parking for 2 cars, towels and linen, aircondition, netflix, wifi internet, baby cot and chair on demand, final cleaning.
Possible damage according owners assessment.
Stay of youngers groups on request.
Deposit for any damage in the amount of 300 euros will be charged upon arrival in cash and refunded on the day of departure in full if no damage has occurred.

Dalmor holiday house
Dalmor holiday house was just perfect. Immaculately clean and all furnishings inside and out were finished to a high standard. The pool was fantastic and a perfect temperature. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house was so well stocked on arrival with plentiful amounts of water, wine, beer, orange juice,milk, fresh bread,fresh pastries for breakfast and a beautiful cheese, meat and olive platter for supper.
We enquired about the small fish market at the top of the street and as it was closed Luka brought us some fresh fish which he had caught himself that very day. It was so delicious cooked on the wood fired BBQ which had everything you could possibly need! There was also a supply of really useful things like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet roll, bin bags, salt and pepper etc...
The beds were really comfortable and kitchens were stocked with everything we needed to cook every day.
The location was amazing, just metres from a small supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants and 50 metres from the beautiful coastline.
Our family of four loved every second of our holiday and would love to return soon if we get the opportunity. Thank you again Sonja and Luka!

Všechno bylo skvělé, krásná skvěle vybavená vila, velmi milé přivítání s přípitkem, velmi sympatičtí hostitelé se nám všem představili a dali cenné rady ohledně restaurací a výletů a ujistili nás, že je můžeme kdykoliv kontaktovat, kdybychom něco potřebovali. V okolí vily byl klid, což jsme ocenili hlavně proto, že jsme cestovali s vnučkou, které je 10 měsíců.Navíc je v blízkosti vily všechno, co člověk o dovolené potřebuje- moře s kamenitou pláží a čistou teplou vodou, restaurace, pekárna s čerstvým pečivem k snídani, možnost skvělých výletů...Miluji moře a mám hrozně ráda levanduli, a moc mě potěšil velmi milý dárek od Sanji- svazek levandule, který mám teď doma ve váze. Sanja a Luka,všechno bylo perfektní a moc se těšíme na příští rok, kdy do vily Dalmor rádi pojedeme znovu.

Wir waren in dem Ferienhaus über die Pfingstferien 2023. Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Kühle Getränke als Starterpaket bei Ankunft. Unkomplizierter Kontakt per whatsapp und hohe Flexibilität bezüglich unserer Ankunftszeit.
Das sehr saubere Haus erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen mit 2 voll ausgestatteten Küchen, 3 Bädern, Outdoorgrill und einen tollen Pool. Strand ca. 100m die Straße runter. Nicht einsehbarer Innenhof/Poolbereich garantiert Privatsphäre und bietet genug Schatten. Sehr gute Ausstattung im Haus/Küchenbereich mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz vorm Haus oder im abschliesbaren Hofbereich. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine bei längeren Aufenthalten und die Klimaanlagen gg. die Hitze.
Bäcker, Mini-Markt, Cafe, Bar sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Paklenica Nationalpark und größere Supermärkte sind 10-15min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, wenn es zeitlich passt :-)
