HOUSE RULES
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The house may be occupied by a maximum of 6 adults according to the prior guest registration.
Any person not registered as a guest is strictly prohibited from staying in the property.
Upon arrival, guests are required to present an ID card or passport to the owner, provide personal data, and sign the required GDPR documents, all for the purpose of guest registration and compliance with Croatian law.
A security deposit for possible damages in the amount of €300 will be charged in cash upon arrival and fully refunded on the day of departure, provided no damage has occurred. If the guest leaves the property without a handover inspection, the owner reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
For Your Safe Stay
When leaving the house, please lock the doors and close the windows. Store valuable personal belongings in the safe.
Use of the pool and all other facilities is at your own risk. In case of strong wind, close umbrellas and awnings. Please be responsible when using the barbecue, fire, and any potential fire hazards.
The property owner has the right, even in the absence of guests and in special circumstances, to enter all rooms of the house to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest of such entry at the first subsequent contact.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables; the owner is not liable for any loss. Guests are responsible for their behavior inside and around the property. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the owner terminating the stay immediately.
For Your Comfortable Stay
To ensure full enjoyment of the pool, the host will once a week, by arrangement, between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, carry out pool maintenance and any necessary cleaning.
Additional towels and bed linen are available upon request and are regularly changed every 7 days.
Night quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, guests are kindly required to respect peace and silence. Parties and events are not allowed in the property.
Let’s Think Green
Let’s respect our planet and energy resources. All facilities and resources are available for guests’ use. Guests are obliged to use electricity and water responsibly and not leave electrical appliances running when leaving the house, including lights, TV, and especially air conditioning.
Let Everything Be in Order
During their stay, guests may use all available equipment and facilities inside the house and in the yard.
In case of breakage or loss of items or equipment, the guest is obliged to compensate the value of the damaged or missing items and inform the owner.
In case of damage to installations, equipment, or appliances, the guest must inform the host immediately. If the damage or loss is caused by the guest, they are required to compensate the full value.
Pets
Despite our great love for animals, pets are not allowed.
Departure
On the day of departure, please inform us of the exact time of leaving so we can arrange key handover and property inspection.
The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the last day of stay. Guests are required to leave the property in the condition it was received, with furniture arranged as found, and with rubbish and used dishes cleaned.

Complaints, remarks, wishes, and compliments can be communicated to the host, left in writing at the property, or sent to the provided email address.
